Some items Citizen Co-Chairs will engage in are to:
- Recruit 12x12 Club members and manage their progress. You can help breed excitement and enthusiasm among 12x12ers.
- keeping them updated on new events, sending out policy updates, and helping them organize in their communities.
- Write personal letters to friends explaining to them why you support Alan, and encouraging them to sign up on the web.
- Host a grassroots house party, or debate-watch party during primary and general election season.
- Train to be a convention delegate. Alan needs delegates at the State Convention to help put him on the state ballot.
- Be a local surrogate for Alan. Surrogate training is available for Co-Chairs who want to represent Alan at gatherings across the state.
- Write a letter to the editor of your local newspaper.
- Lead a Get Out the Vote effort! Phone banking, canvassing, visibility, and driving voters to the polls will all be crucial in the days leading up to both the primary and general election. You can help lead a team of volunteers to get Alan elected to the Senate!
